Arclement is a four-day development format for teams with leadership responsibility and for specialised operational teams from business, public administration, medicine and critical infrastructure.

Location
South of Lisbon, on a purpose-built site. The place is not a neutral setting but a deliberate factor: distance from daily routine, an archaic environment, full concentration on the situation and the team.
Status
Arclement is being built. Concept, methodology and leadership team are in place, the search for the land is under way.
